Description

Collection is available between 10am–12pm on selected Saturdays from our farm in Croxton Kerrial, Grantham.

Please order by 12pm on Monday for this week's collection and select your collection date on the checkout page.

 

We source our ducklings from specialist hatcheries that produce slow-growing strains of poultry that are ideal for free range outdoor production.

Grown to maturity, we rear our duck to more than double the commercial age. Our ducks have a lovely layer of fat underneath the skin on the breast, which keeps it moist during cooking.

We recommend roasting duck for 25-30 minutes per kilo at 200°C/400°F, and the internal temperature of the leg and thigh should be 82°C/180°F.
