Collection is available between 10am–12pm every Saturday from our farm in Croxton Kerrial, Grantham.

Growing our chickens for at least 100 days gives them a chance to lay down fat, which adds to the flavour and moisture of the bird when cooked.

This also results in the birds being slightly bigger, which means there is always some leftover chicken for sandwiches!

Our chickens are dry-plucked with no added water, which makes them perfect for quick roasting. We recommend roasting them for 18-20 minutes per pound or 0.45kg at 180°C/375°F. However, it is important to check the thickest part of the leg to ensure that it has reached a temperature of 70°C/175°F, as ovens may vary.
